What to Expect

The SWAN™ Program is a 5-month, competency-based learning experience offering:

  • 26 paced, online modules across wound, ostomy, and continence care

  • Bi-weekly interactive learning sessions

  • A self-directed clinical preceptorship

  • Ongoing mentorship from CNA-certified NSWOCs and individualized support from an Academic Advisor
