Medline Indigenous Award
Medline Canada Corporation is proud to offer two awards of $5,250 each to support Indigenous nurses pursuing the Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (NSWOC) Program. This initiative, created to honour truth and reconciliation, aims to improve access to specialized care in Indigenous communities by increasing the number of NSWOCs.

Critères
Applicants must be registered nurses.
Applicants must self-identify as Indigenous.
Application Requirements
Submit a 500-word statement addressing:
How becoming an NSWOC would improve wound, ostomy, and continence care in your community.
Relevant experiences or aspirations related to this specialized care.
Selection Process:
The WOC Institute Awards Committee will review applications and select two recipients based on their potential impact on improving care in their communities.
