Emerging Leaders Awards: 2SLGBTQIA+ Nurses Award
The 2SLGBTQIA+ Nurses Award is a recognition and financial award aimed at honouring the achievements and aspirations of those students who identify themselves as members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and are pursuing education in the Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) Program or Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN) Program. This award seeks to celebrate the diversity, resilience, and dedication within the 2SLGBTQIA+ nursing community while supporting those who aspire to make a positive impact in wound, ostomy, and continence patient care. McKin Health NSWOC Trailblazer Award
This $2,500 award, sponsored by McKin Health, is presented annually to a WOC-EP Student who has demonstrated leadership and innovation in wound, ostomy, and continence care and who meets the written criteria for the award.
Mölnlycke Health Care Highest Achievement Award for the NSWOC/WOC-EP
This $1,000 award recognizes the WOC-EP student with the highest academic achievement overall.
Mölnlycke Health Care Highest Achievement Award for the SWAN Program
This $500 award recognizes the SWAN student highest academic achievement in the program.
Mölnlycke Health Care Indigenous Award
The Mölnlycke Health Care Indigenous Award is designed to recognize the Academic achievement of a student who has identified as being Indigenous and who has demonstrated academic achievement in either the NSWOC WOC-EP Program or the Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN) Program. The successful applicant will also demonstrate how they will use what they have learned from their education program to benefit their community.
Ostomy Canada Society’s
Wound, Ostomy and Continence Education Program (WOC-EP) Award
The Ostomy Canada Society Wound Ostomy and Continence Education Program (WOC-EP) Award shall be awarded to two (2) individuals annually in the amount of $1500.00 each to encourage Registered Nurses to pursue a career as an NSWOC with a focus on ostomy care.
Smith and Nephew Clinical Achievement Award in Wound Care
The Smith+Nephew Clinical Achievement Award in Wound Care by WOC-EP Students provides two $1,000 annual awards (to one French student and one English student) to students who display excellence in clinical practice.

Le prix de 1000 $ de la section PF-PSC (ISPSCC) de l’association des personnes stomisées de Vancouver sera décerné chaque année (selon la disponibilité des fonds) pour reconnaître un membre de l’ISPSCC de la Colombie-Britannique qui a fait preuve d’un haut niveau de bénévolat et de soutien envers les personnes de la région de Vancouver, du Lower Mainland ou de la province de la Colombie-Britannique qui vivent avec une stomie.

Prix Institut d’enseignement en soins de plaies, stomies et continence (ISPSC)
Les Prix ISPSC au montant de 1,500$ chacun, offerts par la Société Canadienne des Personnes Stomisées, seront décernés à deux (2) personnes, chaque année, pour encourager les infirmiers(ères) à poursuivre une carrière comme ISPSC en soulignant les soins des stomies.
